The flowers and vases website aims to give you access to top of the range silk flowers and artificial plants. We are constantly adding new stock to our range. If you are looking for something you cannot find on the site please send us an email and we will do our best to source a product for you.

If you need more of a product than the quantity shown it is highly likely we can get more so again, please get in touch with your requirements. Our item descriptions are very detailed particularly when it comes to size as photographs can be unintentionally misleading. Please pay special attention to the detail given.

Dimensions are almost always given in both metric and imperial measurements. We have been selling on the internet for over two years and have a proven track record of efficient and impeccable customer service. In the unlikely event that you receive a product and are not entirely satisifed with it a full refund will be given. Please see our refund policy for details. We are contactable by both e.mail and telephone. If your call is not answered please leave a message with your name, telephone number and brief summary of the nature of your call. We will be in touch as soon as we can.

For overseas customers please remember the time difference when calling! We are more than happy to post internationally but the free shipping applies only to England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and BFPO. For shipping costs outside these countries please e.mail with the total number of stems you require and the country they are to be sent to then we will give you a shipping quote.

Please note that all breakable items and some of the larger stems are not eligiable for international postage due to the prohibitive weight and respective cost. Please feel free now to browse through our comprehensive range of products.
