This stem is enormous. It measures 100cm (39") and although it is quite a thick stem it can be cut quite easily with good scissors or wire cutters.

The flower itself is also huge measuring approximately 25cm (10") in diameter! This is probably the largest flower we sell and comes in a range of colours both realistic and more unusual. This conker colour has only just come into stock new for autumn 2010.
