All Products available for sale on this website are subject to the terms and conditions listed below. By purchasing products on this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
 
Flowers and Vases Online reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and you are bound by the version available on the site at the date of purchase.

All text, images, pictures and photographs are copyright of the respective manufacturer's and/or Flowers and Vases Online. Any use of text or pictures without the owner's consent or written prior permission will be considered an infringement of Copyright.

Payment
Where payment is made by credit or debit card, you authorise us to debit your card with the total cost of the products selected and delivery costs. Any refunds made in respect of returns or cancellation will be made to the same card. If your card cannot be verified or is any way unacceptable, the order will be cancelled immediately.
 
Prices
All prices stated on the website are inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of delivery costs, except where stated. Prices and availability of products may be changed at any time without notice. Prices in retail stores may be different to the prices shown on this website.

Breakages

All Breakages and Damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
 
Liability
We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business or other consequential, special or indirect loss arising out of the use of any product purchased from this site. All implied warranties and undertakings are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Delivery
Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of cleared payment being received provided there are no stock issues (in which case customers will be contacted within 24 hours).
 
Refunds
All requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods with an explanatory reason e.g damaged in post, wrong shade etc and apart from exceptional circumstances all goods to be refunded must be returned with 10 days of receipt upon which a full refund will be given.
